Will I get a Copyright Claim on YouTube?

Is this music "No Copyright"?
The term "No Copyright" can be confusing. The composer is the copyright holder of this music., but by purchasing a license, you are granted the legal right to use it in your projects without further payments (Royalty-Free).
What should I do if I receive a false Copyright Claim?
